The Awakening the Dreamer Facilitator community recently expanded, with the first Facilitator Training in India, held March 21-22, 2009 in the community of Auroville, in the South Indian state of Tamil Nadu. After hosting two Symposiums at Auroville earlier this year (in January and March), there were 25 participants in the training, including people originating from 7 countries -- India, Brazil, Malaysia, Switzerland, South Africa, Russia, and the USA. The training was lively and heartfelt, and was held on a large outdoor balcony among lush trees. The new facilitator team has taken on the name of Pachai Amma, which means "Green Mother" in the local Tamil language. A group of these new facilitators already hosted a Symposium on Earth Day.
