Are you a parent, teacher, educator, or youth worker? Do you know teachers or administrators who you think would be interested in bringing the WakeUp Experience (WakeUp), the youth version of the Awakening the Dreamer Symposium, to their school or youth programs?

Moving into 2013, Generation Waking Up (GenUp), the Pachamama Educational Program youth team, is excited to be building ongoing partnerships with Bay Area high schools, colleges, and universities.

If you said yes to any of the questions above, here are two quick actions you can take right away:

  • Take a look at the current GenUp program offering (pdf) and email your information or contacts to the Project Coordinator, Valerie Love, at .
  • Reach out to your school contacts with our proposal. Here is an email template you can customize as you see fit.

Dear [name],

I am reaching out to introduce you to a stellar youth organization I've been acquainted with for a while now: Generation Waking Up.

Generation Waking Up (GenUp) works to ignite, empower, and mobilize young people in bringing forth a thriving, just, sustainable world; and as someone who cares deeply about youth leadership and social change, I thought you might be interested in their suite of educational programs for high schools, colleges, and youth programs.

Here is a pdf where you can get more information on GenUp's program offerings.

If you like what you see, or would like to inquire more, you can email their Project Coordinator, Valerie Love, at valerie@generationwakingup.org or fill out this interest form: http://bit.ly/YZ2QmJ.

I'd love to help answer questions as well, but Valerie is most likely the best person with whom you can connect.

Warmly!
