How do people sustain the momentum after the Symposium? How can we help people get into action - and stay in action - to change the dream?
If you see these as critical questions you’d like to help answer … then we have an opportunity for you!
The ATD Post-Symposium Engagement (PSE) Team is a small group of dedicated volunteers, who make recommendations to the ATD Program Team and the larger ATD community regarding various opportunities and resources for PSE.
We are seeking additional members to work on three projects that will help Symposium participants “be the change” after the Symposium ends:
- Developing a PSE Resource Directory.
- Contributing to the redesign of the Symposium "Getting into Action" piece, including researching how different facilitators are currently using it.
- Informing the creation and updating of the ATD Support Guides (the section on PSE).
The PSE Team values your time and energy. We are committed to meaningful participation and maximized impact. Our next meeting is Wednesday, August 10, at 11am Pacific.
