New Tools To Make Your Pachamama Events Easier

June 22, 2012 | By Mia Murrietta

As of today, there is a host of new tools available on the Facilitator’s hub that will make delivering Pachamama events easier. Download all of your past attendee information, receive RSVP alerts, download the newest translations or interact with the new step-by-step overview of Symposium content.

New Functionality in “My Events”

We’ve been working hard to make this section as useful to you as possible and have released a host of additional functionality, including:

  • A “master download” button which exports all attendees from all of your events into Excel for you to save or import into your contact management systems
  • A “quick add” button to add any past events that are missing from your profile
  • A new video that explains the full functionality of the “My Events” section
  • A feature to duplicate past events easily
  • Email notifications for new RSVPs!

Resources for Symposium Translation

The Symposium has already been delivered in 10 or more languages and will reach many more as together we create a critical mass of world citizens in pursuit of a new dream.

To support all those who want to bring this message into their own language, we have created a Translations page on the website where you can:

  • See what has been translated already
  • Request the Translator’s Kit to get started
  • Find tips and advice on how to translate

Symposium Content Map

Check out our new interactive presentation that walks you through Symposium content step by step. Whether you’re a new facilitator, or have been doing this for years, it’s a map of the key parts and messages of the Symposium.

You’ll also find the Symposium Content Map (and a downloadable PowerPoint version) in the Program Materials section of the website under Symposium Manuals.

This presentation is based on the contribution of Australian facilitators Jane and Neil Monk.
