In April of 2005, the first Awakening the Dreamer Symposium took place in San Francisco, California, USA. Six years later, the Symposium message has rapidly spread across the globe.

Earlier this month, the Symposium was offered in Belize, the 50th country reached! Since then, people have reported Symposia happening in Iran, Norway, Poland, Haiti, Guyana, New Guinea, Zimbabwe, and Zambia – a total of 58 countries.

Time to Celebrate

This collective achievement calls for a moment of celebration!

  • We celebrate our first Facilitators for launching the Symposium in the U.S.
  • We celebrate the nearly 3,500 Facilitators who were inspired to spread the Symposium all over the world.
  • We celebrate the Symposium itself, with a message so profound that it is embraced beyond barriers of language, culture or borders.

As the Symposium continues to spread out into the four corners of the world, we invite you to look at the list below and see if you are aware of one that we’ve missed.

Add your country to the list by emailing Maggie Cheek at maggie@pachamama.org

We celebrate our shared efforts and successes to bring forth an environmentally sustainable, spiritually fulfilling and social just human presence on this planet.
